Operations team for DePIN networks and sub-operators

The network pays for uptime, not excuses. 500 nodes across 10 regions by hand is a part-time job no one on your team signed up for. We onboard, monitor and rebalance the fleet, and reconcile rewards weekly. We work with Filecoin, Akash, io.net, Render, Gensyn.

We arrive with a working stack: per-network onboarding agents, gossip-aware monitoring (geo-spread, latency, packet loss), reward reconciliation against on-chain payouts, fleet-rebalancing scripts for incentive thresholds. Each protocol gets its own runbook set: peer drop, missed challenge, low-reputation alert, payout discrepancy.

The whitespace we sit on: the operator for operators in DePIN. Networks (Filecoin, Akash, io.net) ship tooling for a single-node setup; sub-operators running tens or hundreds of nodes are left without managed operations. We take that position.

> what we deploy

Concrete deliverables for DePIN operators. Each ships end-to-end with repo, IaC and runbooks.

[ Node onboarding pipeline ]

Fresh VM becomes a working network participant in <10 min: bootstrap scripts, sealed identity, peer discovery, automated network registration.

[ Fleet observability ]

Single pane of glass for 100+ nodes: per-node health, per-region latency, packet loss, uptime against the network threshold, on-chain reputation.

[ Reward reconciliation ]

Weekly reconciliation of expected vs actual payouts, per-node breakdown, alert on >2% discrepancy, cost-per-reward dashboard.

[ Regional rebalancing automation ]

Node moves across regions for incentive thresholds and storage demand: migration scripts, reputation-transfer control, automated cooldown.

[ Storage providers on Filecoin / Akash ]

Sealing pipeline, deal-acceptance automation, retrieval monitoring, win-rate benchmarks, sector-recovery playbook.

> what we operate 24/7

After handoff the pager lives with us. Coverage tuned for a fleet of DePIN nodes:

  • Per-node liveness: a missed challenge or proof triggers Sev-2; >5% fleet down over an hour triggers Sev-1.
  • Peer-count watchdog: if peers drop below the protocol floor, the network subsystem auto-restarts.
  • Reward-flow monitoring: payout latency >25% off the network baseline gets investigated within the hour.
  • Auto-recovery of nodes: disk full, OOM, stuck process, network partition - known patterns are closed by script.
  • Versioned runbooks per protocol: Filecoin sector fault, Akash bid expiry, io.net job preempt, Render frame timeout.
  • Monthly fleet review: what we're changing in geo distribution, how we're improving cost-per-reward, which networks we're adding or dropping.

> migration scenarios

What we move without losing reputation or payouts.

fleet rebalance across regions

Node moves between regions to hit incentive thresholds in 72h: reputation control, phased identity migration, cooldown per network rules.

cloud to bare-metal

Fleet moved off AWS / GCP onto bare metal at Latitude.sh / OpenMetal: typical 50% cost-per-node reduction, no reputation loss in the network.

single network to portfolio

Fleet diversified across 2-3 DePIN networks: breakeven calc, phased rollout, single dashboard for cross-network metrics.

scale-up for demand growth

Fleet 3x in 2 weeks for network demand growth: VM burst sourcing, onboarding automation, reputation-aware outbound ramp.

storage topology change

Filecoin sectors moved to new data centers with sealing recovery, no lost deals, no challenge penalties.

scale-down after a season

Controlled fleet wind-down after an incentive season: identity withdrawal, stake withdrawal, reputation preserved for the next season.

> FAQ

A DevOps team that runs operations for DePIN operators. Stake, identity, payout wallets stay with you. We sell engineering hours and tooling (onboarding, monitoring, reward reconciliation, rebalancing) - not network access.

Production coverage: Filecoin, Akash, io.net, Render, Gensyn. Actively integrating: Theta, DIMO, Helium, Glow. If your protocol isn't on the list, send it; we'll scope the integration in 48h.

Yes. Standalone engagement: we plug into on-chain payouts, parse reward distribution, reconcile against expected, deliver a weekly CSV / Grafana dashboard. No node operations. Good fit if your fleet is stable but financial visibility is lagging.

Identity always stays with you. Sealed keys are generated in your environment (KMS / HSM); we have no root access to material. On regional migrations we maintain reputation continuity: where the protocol allows, we do a soft transfer; where it doesn't, we spin up a new identity while preserving the fleet.

VM ready to live node: <10 min per node. Regional rollout of 100 nodes: 5-7 days including per-region warm-up. If you're running on already-leased VMs, we can parallelize 10-20 nodes at a time and close it out in 48-72h.
